Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Services Skills Coach based out of our London office.

Working within our Apprenticeship Programmes you will enjoy the prospect of coaching, mentoring & assessing groups of learners towards the achievement of their Apprenticeship Investment Operations and Financial Services Professional Programmes at Levels 3, 4 and 6.

A passion for supporting apprentices to develop and progress in their careers
You will engage and support learners to develop their learning and achieve the relevant Standard criteria throughout their apprenticeship qualification


What You Need to Have:

Significant financial services industry experience within Operations, Investment Management, Investment Banking or Commercial Banking
Ability to assess evidence against qualification criteria
The ability to provide inspiring coaching sessions to apprentices
Ability to provide feedback in a way that motivates individual learners
Ability to identify and help learners to overcome potential barriers to progress and achievement


What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience of delivering financial services apprenticeship progammes
Experience of Financial Services Professional Qualifications
Teaching or Assessor qualified
