WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Engaging with customers and driving our business strategies with the trade stint in our Marketing function, which will be for about a year. After a successful completion of your attachment, will be associated with other functional attachments to develop yourself as a well-rounded business leader.
Strategic stretch project where through collaboration with the team, you will deliver results for their relevant sub-function
Beyond the core role, attachments to multiple sub-functions are assigned, which includes even more strategic deliverables encompassing a broader stream of the business.
Build a network with GGs from different parts of the work through taking part in BAT Grad Academy
Build an impact on our international business participating in global cross-market projects, under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
A fresh graduate with a bachelors degree or has up to 1 year of experience
Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities
Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently

Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition; is internationally and nationally mobile
