Description:

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Understand the consumer, the category, and the brands’ high level strategies, goals, and unique differentiators
Leverage this knowledge to assist with the development and implementation of sponsorship activations / experiences that excite Urban Professional consumers, drive trial, and build memorable, talk-worthy brands
Significant collaboration with internal cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies, and IPA team members
Support the sponsorship relationships from the ground up
Develop grass roots campaigns that help support the ETHOS of the brand (including social media)
Serve as the IPA team expert on sponsorship activation planning and execution, bringing an innovative, best-in-class approach to all consumer experiences
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to determine event objectives and strategies aligned to brand plans through an experiential activation lens.
Develop tactical sponsorship activation experiences and programs, including metrics and key performance indicators in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

What is your experience with XM and Consumer activations?
What experience do you have in developing a true 360 degree OMI channel activation
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

3-5 years working in a related field, preferably event/experience marketing
Demonstrated experience in concepting and developing experiential brand programming is a strong plus
Demonstrated experience integrating physical and digital / interactive experiences is a strong plus
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tactics including social media, interactive, personalization, mobile / digital, and / or AR and VR marketing
Plans, executes, and reports out on programs / initiatives, tracking, and deliverables thru a commercial and experiential (brand building) lens
Proactively addresses opportunities to work with colleagues, across departments, and with agency representatives
Bachelor’s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plus
Graduate Degree (MBA) and / or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category
BENEFICIAL

Specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in marketing roles
Excellent project management and time management skills

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
